What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our UK & International orders are shipped using TNT and we use the service Express Economy. We will always aim to try and dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of you placing your initial order, if not we will inform you.

Covid-19 Delays

Due to the current Covid 19 Pandemic, we’ve been making PPE to help protect people and businesses so we currently have a 2 week delay on orders due to production being so busy.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We only take payments via PayPal from the website directly. If you would like to discuss an alternate payment option then please call us on 01928 710 777

Are you Able to Provide a Copy Invoice? 

An invoice will be emailed to you on request 


What is your return policy?

If you have ordered products from us and not completely satisfied with your order then please contact us within 48hrs and return the items to us within 10 days. All return shipping charges are to be covered by the customer unless you have received damaged or faulty goods. We will then either refund via the original payment method or send a replacement to you.
