What Are Our Returns Policy?
You can return our products within 7 days, if they’ve become damaged on transit or you’re not happy with the product. The item(s) must be un used and comeback to us fully in tact.
When returning the item(s) please make sure that:
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is placed in a box
- The item is packed with all its accessories and parts
We don’t offer an exchange on any of our items
Received Wrong or Damaged Product
We handle your order carefully, but unfortunately it can happen that a wrong or damaged product has been sent
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and photographic proof that the product is wrong or damaged.
Because exchange is not possible you can re order a product again via our website
Goalhole products delivers pretty much worldwide, specify your country in the menu on the checkout section.
Our shipping costs vary depending on which product is chosen and also which country you’re purchasing the product(s) from.
Change Delivery Address
If you wish to change delivery address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll change it for you. You maybe charged more if the delivery address is in a different country.
Depending on where you’ve purchased your products from depends on how long your order will get to you
- UK: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-7 business days
- U.S/Canada/S.America: 7-10 business days
- Middle East: 7-10 business days
- Asia/Australia: 7-14 business days
