Shipping Information – Goalhole Products

Free UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on UK mainland orders over £64.
Please note this excludes certain postcodes in Scotland, the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland where additional charges or restrictions may apply.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the next working day.
Dispatch operates Monday–Friday only.

All orders are shipped via standard delivery. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Shipping Times

  • UK mainland: Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Wales & Northern Scotland: May take up to 3 additional business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or busy periods.

Due to size and weight restrictions, some products may not be deliverable to certain postcodes.

Delivery & Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

No signature is required upon delivery.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

  • Please allow up to 2 business days, as couriers sometimes mark parcels early
  • If it still hasn’t arrived, contact our support team

If you have selected Shipping Protection, we can arrange a faster replacement.

Partial Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages. If part of your order arrives first, please allow up to 2 business days for the remaining items.

If anything is missing after this time, please contact us. Shipping Protection covers multi-box shipments.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery details.

If you no longer want your order after it has shipped, please refer to our 30-Day Returns Policy.

Undelivered Orders & Claims
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

All delivery claims must be made within 15 days of purchase.

Shipping Protection (if selected) may affect how quickly claims are resolved.

Optional Shipping Protection
Available at checkout for a small fee.

This covers:

  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen deliveries
  • Damaged items
  • Multi-package shipments

Without Shipping Protection, courier investigations may take additional time.

Carrier Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including DPD, DHL, UPS, and other contracted services.
These partners may use local delivery providers to complete your shipment.

International Shipping
We ship across Europe and to most international locations.

  • European orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes. These vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • While we aim to ship worldwide, there are some locations we cannot deliver to due to high shipping costs or logistical limitations, including difficulties in sending replacement or missing parts.
