At Goalhole Products, we design our products to be durable, reliable, and ready for play. This warranty outlines the coverage we provide and how we support you if something goes wrong.
12-Month Limited Warranty
All Goalhole products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials
- Structural issues under normal use
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including nets, fabric, or surface wear)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or poor storage
- Damage from weather exposure (including prolonged outdoor use)
- Accidental damage or neglect
- Commercial or heavy-duty use unless agreed in advance
Replacement Parts & Solutions
Where possible, we will first offer replacement parts rather than a full product replacement. This allows us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Depending on the issue, we may:
- Send replacement components
- Replace the full product
- Offer a suitable alternative solution
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Claims should be made within 7 days of noticing the issue.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
- UK customers: Replacement parts or products are typically shipped at no additional cost
- International customers: Shipping fees may apply for replacement parts or products
Please note that customs charges may also apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Goalhole Products reserves the right to assess all claims and determine the appropriate resolution
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
